We were commissioned by our client to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the establishment of a petrol station in Mtwara, Tanzania. The strategic location chosen for this project is opposite the Dangote cement factory, ensuring a prime position to cater to the fuel needs of the industrial area.

Project Objectives:
1. Assess the demand for fuel products in the vicinity, taking into account the operations of the Dangote cement factory and other potential industrial clients.
2. Evaluate the market dynamics and competition in the local area to determine the feasibility of the petrol station.
3. Analyze the regulatory and compliance requirements for establishing and operating a petrol station in Tanzania.
4. Estimate the financial investment required for the project, including infrastructure, equipment, and working capital.
5. Develop a detailed report outlining investment cost, operating costs, and return on investment , payback period, projected sales.

Methodology:
Our team employed a combination of market research, site visits, interviews with key stakeholders, and financial modeling to assess the feasibility of the petrol station project.

Results:
Our feasibility study indicated that the proposed petrol station project holds substantial potential for success, given its strategic location opposite the Dangote cement factory.
