My name is Hussein Boffu, and I’m the founder of Tanzania Petroleum.
I’ve been blogging for a while and I realize that many people need help on making career or investment decisions in the sector.
Apart from that, many of my readers have been calling and sending emails requesting for consultation services.
Well, here’s your chance.
You can now book for a consultation with me.
Who Am I?
My name is Hussein Boffu, and I’m a graduate of Petroleum Geosciences from the Mineral Resources Institute. And you know what? I was hired before I graduated.
Why Should You Consult With Me?
As said earlier, I was hired before I even graduated.
I got a job offer in one of the local oil and gas companies straight out of college. Yes, I said straight because it was 2 weeks after completing my final year exams.
To be completely transparent: I had absolutely no experience. No connections. Most Importantly, I did not even send any Human Resources Manager a resume or cover letter neither said things like, “I’m hardworking and I’m looking for a job opportunity in your good company.”
Fast forward to today, I have gained more experience and contacts in the industry.
I know you have a lot of questions, but you can now get them answered.
What People Are Saying About Me

“I have found Hussein to be a veritable fountain of information with a vast and useful network of senior contacts when I first sought information about the Tanzania’s oil and gas industry. Also, Hussein has a newsletter and website that is arguably one of the international community’s first stops when considering investment into Tanzania.”– Daniel R. Butler, Consultant and Owner at MelbourneSRO in the Czech Republic
How Much to Consult With Me?
If I were to package all the knowledge I have about the industry into series of books, you will spend more than TZS 1,000,000 on them.
And you will still have to spend hours searching for answers to your questions.
If I were to take you on e-courses based on those books, you will spend more than TZS 5,000,000 and several weeks per course.
But if you consult with me:
- You’ll save yourself precious time.
- You’ll save yourself money.
Because you’re getting the consultation service for:
- 100,000 for physical consultation per hour.
- TZS 50,000 for phone consultation per hour.
Based on the reasons I’ve highlighted before, this is the best deal you’ll ever get.
How Can I Pay for the Consultation?
To pay for the consultation, make the following payment:
- TZS 50,000 for physical consultation per hour.
- TZS 20,000 for phone consultation per hour.
…through Tgo pesa, M-pesa to any of these numbers:
If you’re paying for more than an hour, multiply the number of hours you want the consultation to last by the relevant rate.
After making payment, send an email to email@example.com with the following details:
- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- Number of hours paid for.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be sent an acknowledgement email containing a link to schedule the meeting place for the consultation and time.
Please note that the meeting place solely depends on you, as I will not meet in my office.
Alternatively, you can send an email with the above details through the contact form here.
If you’re not in Tanzania, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will devise a payment medium for you.
